- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor customer service. I've been a CCU member for over 40 years. Went in to talk about an auto loan. Sat and waited while a prior customer finished up and then the loan officer decided to make a call. This kind of thing happens just about every time I walk into a CCU - staff talks among themselves, ignore people waiting in line. I'm done. Looking to pull my accounts.By B H, January 18, 2017
