The lady who delivers the mail to my area in Battle Ground literally always gives it to the wrong person or it will say its delivered and its not till a few days after. I bought a pair of shoes and it was 2 day shipping and guaranteed for the 31st of july and I am leaving the country tomorrow, where are my shoes? Definitely not delivered to my house like it says it was today. They need to fire this lady cause this happens all the time to me and my family and our neighbors its pathetic.By GsK sLy, September 06, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They have been so inept ... I have lived here for almost two years and have had multiple mistakes in delivery ... including putting a package in the box then not leaving the key in my box. Neighbors have said it has been that way for many years. I just received a notice on my IPad that they attempted delivery ... not possible as we were home and the door was open ... they would have seen us if they came anywhere near my home. It is the next day I called to issue a complaint - that person repeatedly said it was a substitute.'s fault ... no concern was necessary ... it would be delivered today... what a joke ... still don't have my boxes at 6pm. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This post office is such a joke. My mail is never in by 11am. I dont know why i pay to have a post office box what am i paying for they are understaffed and over worked. It is always 100 degrees in the building. What is the point in paying to have your mail delivered ontime to you po box when they dont even finish sorting mail each day. Ive been waiting for a packing for days and my tracking number showed it was at the post office but they said they didnt have enough staff to finish sorting the mail for that day. I HATE the battle ground post office whoever is in charge of that place needs to learn how to manage correctly.By B D, February 27, 2017
